Cotton Evenweave Fabric

Cotton evenweave fabric is very popular for cross stitch and counted work. As the name implies, evenweave is very evenly woven in all directions, which helps to produce good looking cross stitch, and makes counting the holes easier.

Evenweave provides a finer background to the stitching and is normally worked over 2 threads of the fabric. It is a good quality, but lower-cost equivalent to evenweave linen.
