Free Christmas Pudding Chart

This Christmas pudding chart was stitched using two strands of stranded cotton, for the cross stitch and backstitch.

You will need a 4 inch square piece of 14 count aida in white, a tapestry needle (size 24) and Anchor stranded cotton in shades 936, 47, 228, 226 and 403.

Pudding Chart Colour Key

The shades used and their numbers are shown in the chart key on the left. All of the cross stitch and backstitch is stitched with 2 strands of Anchor stranded cotton.

Brown (shade 936) is used for the bottom half of the Christmas pudding, and white (1) on the top. The holly leaves are light green (226) and dark green (228), with red (47) for the berries.

Black (403) backstitch is used to outline the holly leaves and brown backstitch to outline the pudding.
