Leasehold Advisory Service - online enquiry form

Send an online enquiry to the Leasehold Advisory Service (LEASE). LEASE provides free advice on the law affecting leasehold property in England and Wales.

When to use this service

You can get professional impartial advice from LEASE if you have an issue or concern about:

  • the law relating to residential long leasehold property (usually where the lease was granted to last more than 21 years)
  • your rights and responsibilities as a leaseholder

How to use this service

To use the LEASE online enquiry service you will need:

  • your address details, so LEASE can check for conflicting cases – for example, making sure the adviser helping you isn’t already advising the landlord of your building
  • an email address, so you can get a response from a LEASE adviser
