You can use this form to request up to four UK passport application forms to be sent to you in the post. The form will be sent to you by second class post, so please allow at least three working days for delivery.

Please note:

Only British nationals who are resident in the UK at the time of applying are able to receive a UK passport. Passport applications from people applying from outside the UK cannot be dealt with using this form.

It is strongly recommended that you do not book any travel before your new passport arrives.

Queries from British national living abroad cannot be dealt with using this form. You will need to speak to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
